WGA's VISION FOR WORKPLACE FUNDRAISING
We see that payroll deduction, which characterizes most workplace giving, as a way for people with modest resources to become philanthropists. Payroll philanthropists are stunningly generous, supporting thousands of charities in their own communities and around the world.
As strong advocates of payroll philanthropy, we are dedicated to the success and integrity of the campaigns that enable it. We also strive to honor donors by getting every possible dollar to the charities they select and by being transparent about operational costs.
